COVID SERVICE UPDATE: January, 2021

As you know, this Coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of us. As Automotive Service has been deemed by the province as an “Essential Service”, Simone Performance is open for business but with reduced hours. As your automotive service provider, it is our responsibility to take care of your vehicle as quickly and safely as possible.

Please call ahead so we can discuss what work you need us to do on your vehicle.

When you arrive please look through the window to check our waiting area as we are only allowing a few customers in at a time, this way we can maintain proper social distancing and the waiting area is regularly disinfected as to prevent the spread of germs. Our key drop box is located between the front door and the first bay door where you can deposit them.

Once the work is complete we will wipe your vehicle and keys with disinfectant and leave them inside your vehicle if you like. Your payment can be taken over the telephone. Reduced Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. Saturday & Sunday

COVID SERVICE UPDATE: March 25, 2020

With the new list of essential services remaining open, Simone Performance has decided to remain open so we can ensure that those working at businesses considered essential can still get to work. This decision was not easy to make and will come with its challenges.

Simone Performance wants to do our part to ensure that the right people are able to get to those places that make a difference.⁣

  • We have reduced our hours to accommodate our limited services. Until further notice, our hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-2pm (by appointment only).⁣
  • We have reduced our staff so that we can maintain an optimal level of cleanliness. Vic Simone (Owner & Class “A” Technician) will be the only client-facing individual in the front office. Please do your part to keep him safe.⁣
  • We only allow two customers in the office at a time.⁣
  • We sanitize all vehicles before entering and after completing work on them.⁣
  • Our front desk & debit machine are meticulously sanitized between customers.⁣
  • Priority appointments will be given to healthcare workers, grocery store workers and other essential service providers.
  • If the situation and spread of the virus gets worse, we may have to close to protect our staff, our customers and ourselves.

Many dealerships and parts suppliers have closed their doors. We will do our best to source the parts needed. We are going to do our best and take all precautions in compliance with the guidelines being provided by Public Health Ontario and Canada. We are constantly monitoring for updates and will reflect them as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. We will do our best to fit in regular maintenance but our priority will be our front line health care workers, first responders and essential service providers. ⁣
